Responsibilities :
• Independently handle work permit and business visas
• Induct/orient onsite travelers before the travel
• Meticulously research and stay abreast with latest on immigration laws / policies
• Handle all matters related to onsite travel
• Responsible to devise process and procedures as applicable
• Manage communication/relationship within office & with Belgian Counterparts
• Work Independently on travel requirements with tight deadlines
